Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

Carrot (gazar) chopped ¼ cup
Cauliflower (gobhi) chopped ¼ cup
Beans (phaliya) chopped ¼ cup
Tomato (tamater) chopped ½ cup
Low fat Butter 1 tea spoon
Oats 1 table spoon
Garlic (lahsan) paste ¼ tea spoon
Milk (doodh) ¼ cup
White Pepper Powder 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Sugar (chini) ½ table spoon
Water 8 cup
Coriander leaves(finely chopped) ½ tea spoon

Method

  • 1. Soak Oat in milk and leave it aside for 10 minutes
  • 2. Heat butter in a pan. Add r garlic paste and stir it.
  • 3. Add vegetables, salt, sugar, water and let it boil.
  • 4. When the vegetables are cooked, add pepper powder and mash the vegetables.
  • 5. Mix Oats with milk and add to the soup. Reduce the flame.
  • 6. Add coriander leaves to the soup.
  • 7. Remove from the flame after it boils for a few minutes
