Beans (phaliya) chopped | ¼ cup |
Tomato (tamater) chopped | ½ cup |
Low fat Butter | 1 tea spoon |
Oats | 1 table spoon |
Garlic (lahsan) paste | ¼ tea spoon |
Milk (doodh) | ¼ cup |
White Pepper Powder | 1 tea spoon |
Salt | to taste |
Sugar (chini) | ½ table spoon |
Water | 8 cup |
Coriander leaves(finely chopped) | ½ tea spoon |
Method
- 1. Soak Oat in milk and leave it aside for 10 minutes
- 2. Heat butter in a pan. Add r garlic paste and stir it.
- 3. Add vegetables, salt, sugar, water and let it boil.
- 4. When the vegetables are cooked, add pepper powder and mash the vegetables.
- 5. Mix Oats with milk and add to the soup. Reduce the flame.
- 6. Add coriander leaves to the soup.
- 7. Remove from the flame after it boils for a few minutes
