Cauliflower(phool gobhi) | 1 big |
Onion paste(pyaaz) | 1 |
Tomato (tamater) paste | 2 |
Garlic ginger (lahsan- adrakh)paste | 1 table spoon |
Green chilli(hari mirch) chopped | 1 tea spoon |
Hot spices (garam masala ) | ½ tea spoon |
Turmeric powder(haldi) | ½ tea spoon |
Cumin seeds(jeera) | 1 tea spoon |
Refined Oil | 2 tea spoon |
Salt and pepper | to taste |
Coriander leaves (hara dhania) | 2 table spoon |
Method
- 1. Wash and cut cauliflower into small pieces.
- 2. In a bowl heat oil for 30 seconds (100%).
- 3. Add cumin seeds, salt, turmeric powder and onion, garlic-ginger pastes, green chillies and micro it for 5 minutes (100%). Stir in between.
- 4. Add cauliflower and micro it covered for 10 minutes at 60% power. Check it and if required again micro it for 3-4 minutes or till it softens.
- 5. Add hot spices and coriander leaves and serve it hot.
