Ingredients |

Roasted Semolina(suji) | ½ cup |
Sugar(Chini) | ½ cup |
Ghee | 1 table spoon |
Dry fruits | 3-4 table spoon |
Water | 2 cup |
Method
- 1. In a bowl mix water and sugar and micro it for 5 minutes (100%).
- 2. In another bowl heat ghee for 30 seconds. Add semolina and cook it for 1 minute.
- 3. Mix the sugar syrup to semolina and mix it well. Microwave covered for 5 minutes (100%).
- 4. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Garnish with dry fruits.
