Chicken legs | 6 pieces |
Onion (payaz) chopped | 1 cup |
Garlic ginger (adrakh lahsan) paste | 1 table spoon |
Crushed Garlic (lahsan) | 1 table spoon |
Red chilli (lal mirch) powder | 2 table spoon |
Cumin (jeera) powder | 1 table spoon |
Coriander (dhaniya) powder | 2 table spoon |
Black pepper (kali mirch) powder | 1 tea spoon |
Vinegar (sirka) | 1 table spoon |
Salt (namak) | to taste |
Oil to fry | 1 cup |
Bread crumbs | 1 cup |
All purpose flour (maida) | ½ cup |
Eggs (anda) | 2 |
Method
- 1. Marinate chicken salt, vinegar and crushed garlic.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and add onion and fry it well. Make a paste of it in a grinder.
- 3. Put oil in another pan and add onion paste cook it for sometimes. Now add garlic ginger paste and red chilli paste.
- 4. Add salt, black pepper powder, cumin and coriander and cook it for 5 minutes.
- 5. Add marinated chicken and cook it covered for some times. Add little water and cook it till the water dries. Now put the flame off and let it cool.
- 6. In another bowl take eggs beat it well and add salt and chopped coriander.
- 7. Take all purpose flour in a plate; add little salt and red chilli powder in it.
- 8. In another plate take bread crumbs.
- 9. Heat oil in a deep pan.
- 10. Now take chicken dip it in egg then roll it in all purpose flour and again deep it in egg and then roll it in bread crumbs and deep fry it in hot oil.
- 11. Serve "Spicy Fried Crispy Chicken" hot.
