Ingredients |
|
Kokam halves | 5 to 6 |
Green chillies (hari mirch) | 2 tea spoon |
Ginger (adrakh) chopped | ¼ tea spoon |
Roasted Cumin (Jeera) powder | ¼ tea spoon |
Coriander leaves(hara dhaniya) finely chopped | 2 table spoon |
Salt | To taste |
Method
- 1. To help get your Sol Kadhi the right baby pink color, soak the Kokam halves in warm water for about half an hour. This helps them turn reddish pink.Â
- 2. Thereafter, extract Kokam juice from the halves by squeezing them properly. Â
- 3. Now add chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and garlic and mix them.Â
- 4. Then add roasted cumin and salt to taste.Â
- 5. Keep it in the refrigerator (It tastes good without cooling too!)
