Prawns | 10 |
Curd (dahi) | 1 cup |
Cream (malai) | 3-4 table spoon |
Gram flour (besan) | 2-3 table spoon |
White pepper (safed mirch) | 1 tea spoon |
Black pepper (kali mirch) | 1 tea spoon |
Hot spices (garam masala) | ½ tea spoon |
Red chilli flakes (kuti lal mirch) | 1 tea spoon |
Garlic (lahsan) paste | 2 table spoon |
Salt | to taste |
Lemon juice (nimboo ka ras) | 3 -4 table spoon |
Butter | 2 table spoon |
Method
- 1. Clean and de-vein the prawns.
- 2. Blend the curd and cream properly.
- 3. Add garlic paste, gram flour, white pepper, red chilli flakes, black pepper, and salt and hot spices to the cream- curd mixture
- 4. Mix it well with prawns and keep it marinated in fridge.
- 5. Keep the prawns in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- 6. Put prawns in an oven and tandoor it for 20 minutes.
- 7. Once the prawns turn golden brown, put butter over it and sprinkle lemon juice.f
- 8. Oven them for 2-3 minutes to enhance the flavor.
- 9. "Prawn Kebab" is ready to serve.
