Ingredients |

Spinach (palak) | 1 bunch |
Tomato ( tamater) puree | 1 cup |
Milk (doodh) | ½ cup |
Onion (payaz) finely chopped | 1 table spoon |
Black pepper (kali mirch) | ¼ tea spoon |
Salt (namak) | to taste |
Low fat butter (makhhan) | 1 tea spoon |
Method
- 1. Boil spinach with little water and grind it in a blender jar.
- 2. Heat butter in a pan.
- 3. Add onion and stir till it becomes pink.
- 4. Now add spinach and tomato puree along with 4 cups of water.
- 5. Let it simmer for 10- 12 minutes then add milk.
- 6. Add salt and black pepper and cook till the soup becomes little thick.
- 7. Now put the flame off and serve it.
