Cheese Mushroom Bread Recipe

How to prepare Cheese Mushroom Bread Recipe

Cream Cheese (low fat) | 2 table spoon |
Mushrooms | 1 cup |
Mayonnaise | 2 table spoon |
Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) powder | ¼ tea spoon |
Onion (Pyaz) | 2 table spoon |
Garlic (Lahsun) crush | ½ tea spoon |
Lemon (Nimboo) Juice | 1 table spoon |
Salt (Namak) | ¼ tea spoon |
Brown Bread | 6 slices |
Method
- 1. Cut bread slices into 4 pieces.
- 2. Set cream cheese out to soften.
- 3. Boil mushrooms well.
- 4. Combine mushrooms, cheeses, garlic, mayonnaise in a food processor and process until blended.
- 5. Remove to a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 6. Now add onion, black pepper, lemon juice and salt and spread it on brown bread and serve.
