Spicy Cheesy Paneer Bonda Recipe
A combination of cottage cheese and cheese slice goes well. Both the ingredients are tasty and when used together obviously gives amazing flavor. Cheese slices are sandwiches between two pieces of cottage cheese. A balanced amount of spices are used to coat cottage cheese to boost the flavor. How to Make Spicy Cheesy Paneer Bonda Recipe

Cottage cheese (paneer) | 250 gram |
Cheese slices | 7-8 Pieces |
Vegetable Oil | for frying |
For  marinade |

Kashmiri degi mirch paste | 1 tea spoon |
Black pepper (kali mirch) powder | ½ tea spoon |
Lemon juice (nimboo ka ras) | 2 table spoon |
Salt | to taste |
For  batter |

Gram flour (besan) | ¾ cup |
Black pepper (kali mirch) powder | ½ tea spoon |
Kashmiri deghi mirch | 1 tea spoon |
Aniseed (saunf) powder | ¼ tea spoon |
Garlic (lahsan), paste | 1 tea spoon |
Ginger (adrakh) paste | ½ tea spoon |
Green chili (lal mirch) | 1 |
Coriander leaves (hara dhaniya) | 2 tea spoon |
Method
- 1. Cut cottage cheese and cheese into same sized slices and set aside.
- 2. Mix Kashmiri degi mirch, black pepper, lemon juice and salt in bowl and marinate cottage cheese with this paste for 1 hour.
- 3. Mix black pepper, Kashmiri mirch, aniseed powder, garlic ginger paste, and chopped coriander leaves and green chillies in gram flour. Add enough water in this and make a thick paste.
- 4. Now take one slice of cottage cheese, put cheese slice over it and again add another slice of cottage cheese over it.
- 5. Take oil in a pan and heat it well.
- 6. Dip the cottage cheese in the prepared batter and deep fry in hot oil golden crisp.
- 7. Serve this hot cheesy cottage cheese with hot with green chutney.
Tip
- To make crispier Bonda, add a little corn flour to the gram flour to make the batter.
