Cottage cheese (paneer) | 200 gm |
Spinach(palak) | 500 gm |
Refined oil | 2 tea spoon |
Onion paste(pyaj) | 1 medium |
Ginger- garlic(adaraka,lasan) | 1 table spoon |
Chilli powder (lal mirch) | 1 tea spoon |
Salt & Black pepper | to taste |
Hot spices(garam masala)Â powder | 1 tea spoon |
Cream (malai) | ½ cup |
Method
- 1. Boil chopped spinach at 100% power for 5-6 minutes.
- 2. Drain water, cool and grind it.
- 3. In another bowl heat oil for 30 seconds at 100 % power.
- 4. Add onion, garlic ginger, chilli powder, black pepper and cook it at 100% power for 3- 4 minutes (covered).
- 5. Add spinach and microwave covered for 10 minutes at 100% power.
- 6. Add cottage cheeses and cook it in microwave it for further 10 minutes (60%).
- 7. Add hot spices and cream and serve it hot.
