Ingredients |

Prawns | 10 -12 pieces |
Lemon juice (nimboo ka ras) | 3 table spoons |
Garlic (lahsan) Crushed | 2 table spoons |
Yogurt (dahi) | 4 table spoons |
Pepper (kali mirch) powder | 1 tea spoon |
Red chilli (lal mirch) powder | ½ tea spoon |
Turmeric (haldi) powder | ½ tea spoon |
Salt | to taste |
Mustard oil | 3-4 table spoon |
Method
- 1. Clean, de-vein and wash prawns. Add some turmeric powder and salt and keep it aside.
- 2. In a bowl blend curd and add garlic, lemon juice, red chilli powder and black pepper and mix it well.
- 3. Pour this mixture over the prawns and mix it well.
- 4. Keep marinated prawns in refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
- 5. Take the prawns with marinade in an oven tray. Brush it with mustard oil.
- 6. Grill Prawns in tandoor or microwave occasionally brushing with mustard oil for 10 minutes or till the prawns are done.
- 7. When the prawns are cooked, remove it from grill and serve hot.
