Cauliflower florets (Gobi) | 2 cups |
Garlic (lahsan), crushed | 2 -3 table spoon |
Green chilies (hari mirch), chopped | 1 table spoon |
Onion (payaz) chopped | 3-4 table spoon |
Black pepper (kali mirch) | 1 tea spoon |
Red chilli powder (lal mirch) | ½ tea spoon |
Olive oil | 1 table spoon |
Honey (shahad) | 4Â tea spoons |
Soya sauce | 1 tea spoon |
Vinegar (sirka) | 3 table spoons |
Fresh parsley, chopped | 1 table spoon |
Method
- 1. In a large saucepan with steamer rack, steam cauliflower over boiling water for 8 to 10 minute.
- 2. In a small saucepan, heat olive oil and add chopped onion, crushed garlic and green chillies and cook it for 5 minute.
- 3. Now add steamed cauliflower and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
- 4. In a separate bowl mix honey, vinegar, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and chopped parsley and 2 table spoon of water. Add this to cauliflower and mix quickly.
- 5. Serve it hot.
