Chicken legs | 6 pieces |
Green Chillies (hari mirch) | 2-3 pieces |
Cumin seeds (jeera) | 1 table spoon |
Ginger-garlic paste (adrak –lehsun) | 1 table spoon |
Salt (namak) | To taste |
Lime juice (nimbu ras) | 1 table spoon |
Coriander (hara Dhaniya) chopped | 2 cups |
Yogurt (dahi) | 2-3 table spoon |
Vegetable oil (vanasapati tel) | 1 table spoon |
For Garnishing |

Method
- 1. Place chilli, cumin seed, ginger-garlic paste, salt, lime juice and coriander into a blender jar and make coarse paste.
- 2. Then add yogurt, make a smooth mixture. Marinate chicken with this and then refrigerator at least 4-5 hours.
- 3. Keep it in a baking tray and microwave it at 100% power for 10 minutes.
- 4. Once chicken is half cooked brush it with little oil and grill it till done.
- 5. Serve this with onion rings and lemon wedges.
Tip
- 1. For making soft & juicy chicken, initially cook chicken on microwave for 6-8 minutes and then cook it on grill.
